eBidTeam is a set of shared folders for proposal projects, documents and tasks.
For each proposal you will...
| |
1. Create a proposal project.
| |
Create a Proposal Project: The project dashboard shows active proposals. Select "Add a Project" to create a new proposal project. Select a project to enter proposal details.
| |
2. Post the RFP.
| |
Post the RFP: Upload the RFP that you received. Alternatively, the client can post the RFP directly, if you include them as a member of the Customer Group, which limits access to documents to and from the client.
| |
3. Assign Team Members.
| |
Assign Team Members: Select the project team members and assign functional leads.
| |
4. Prepare the Proposal Response.
| |
Prepare the Proposal Response: Each team member prepares the response to the portions assigned to them and then posts the documents in the Working Documents folder. Team members download the current sections to make comments, add revisions or issue approval.
| |
5. Route for Approvals.
| |
Route for Approvals. Team members can be asked to approve any step in the proposal process. Using "Smart Release", approval routing allows several team members to be approving at one time or for the flow to wait for prior approvals before releasing the next approver.
| |
6. Post the Response to Client.
| |
Post the Response to Client. Once the proposal is complete and ready for submission, the final version can be saved in a folder that is accessible to the bid requester for retrieval. Permissions limit requesters to the RFP and Final Response pages.
